About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Care and Administration Officer to join our team at Life Flight Foundation. As a key member of our fundraising and operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission to raise funds for life-saving equipment, new facilities, and critical care doctors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately handle all fundraising transactions, including data entry, banking, and receipting.
  • Supporter Experience: Deliver exceptional supporter experiences across various channels.
  • Financial Coordination: Coordinate daily with the Life Flight Finance team for smooth information transfer.
  • Compliance: Ensure receipting aligns with internal, external, and legislative requirements.
  • Data Management/Processing: Data entry and administration within Salesforce CRM.
  • Exporting, cleaning, and formatting of data within Excel.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual who is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and CRM tools. You should have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a courteous and professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
