Aged Care Resumes: Home Care Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Home Care Worker to join our team in providing in-home aged care and disability support services. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently and maintain their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care and support to customers in their homes, including personal care, social support, and domestic assistance.
  • Assist customers with daily living and lifestyle requirements, such as showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance.
  • Support customers with complex and/or challenging needs, and monitor their well-being and progress.
  • Provide updates on customer progress following each service, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in Aged Care / Disability or a relevant field.
  • Hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check.
  • Current First Aid certificate/CPR.
  • Current Australian Drivers License.
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.
  • Smartphone with internet access.
  • Current Working with Children Check (preferred).
