About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced environmental consultant to lead a team in Brisbane and drive strategic projects.

  • Provide leadership and guidance for a five-person team delivering high-end contaminated land and hydrogeology projects.
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships across Defence, Federal Infrastructure, and QLD Airport precincts.
  • Foster new partnerships with mining, industry, and government stakeholders.
  • Lead delivery teams on PSI/DSI, remediation, PFAS, and hydrogeology programs.
  • Shape the local delivery approach and align it with the national offering.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and Technical Director to achieve project goals.
About You
  • You should have 12+ years of experience in CLM/Hydrogeology consulting.
  • You possess strong client communication and relationship-building skills.
  • You have credibility in front of Defence, Infrastructure, or mining clients.
  • You hold EPA QLD Auditor status or are interested in pursuing this pathway.
