**Job Title:** Trade Counter Assistant

We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team as a Trade Counter Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing expert advice and top-quality products to plumbers and other tradespeople.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for:

    • Providing customers with information about products and services
    • Issuing quotes both in person and over the phone
    • Picking and packing orders, maintaining shop floor displays, and ensuring accurate product information
    • Maintaining a clean and safe branch environment
    • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Key Skills and Qualifications

  • We are looking for someone who:

    • Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers
    • Is proficient in computer systems and able to learn new software quickly
    • Has a clean, valid driver's licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
