About the Role

As a Merchandise Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient merchandising activities, ensuring compliance to core policy and procedures. This includes:

  • Maintaining product replenishment and merchandising across the store as required.
  • Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both in-store and online customers and effectively resolving customer complaints and queries as required.
  • Assisting with customer service requirements, including counter duties as required.
