About the Role

As a Merchandise Manager, you will lead and develop the Merchandise and Operations team to achieve high merchandising standards, ensuring sales targets and efficient Back of House inventory activities are maximised. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the execution and maintenance of merchandise and promotional campaigns throughout the store.
  • Team building and development, ensuring the Operations and Merchandise teams are trained and efficient in all processes and systems.
  • Demonstrating, leading, and coaching a high level of customer care conduct.
  • Driving sales and budgeting while maintaining stock integrity through compliance to loss prevention procedures.
