About the Role

As an Operations Team Member, you will have the opportunity to deliver efficient back of house activities, ensuring the right stock is received and delivered to the right place at the right time. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Complying with operations process controls and safety requirements, with particular emphasis on safe product handling, use of equipment and machinery, and incident reporting.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and delivering a positive experience for both in-store and online customers.
  • Contributing to the operations team's achievement of set performance management requirements (KPIs) by utilising a suite of operational exception reports to identify and resolve outstanding tasks.
