As a Patient Transport Volunteer, you'll play a vital role in supporting older and vulnerable Australians who need assistance getting to their non-urgent healthcare appointments.

  • What You'll Do:
  • Transport clients to and from healthcare appointments using our reliable vehicles
  • Provide a safe, courteous, and respectful transport experience
  • Assist with mobility aids and safely help clients board and disembark
  • Engage in conversation and activities that are appropriate to the client or group

Requirements:

  • Be willing to commit to a regular rostered shift
  • Have a valid Australian driver's license and an excellent driving record
  • Participate in mandatory training and e-learning modules
  • Record timely and accurate documentation of interactions with clients
  • Maintain clear professional relationships and respect client boundaries
