Lead a team of Member Resolution Officers in a key leadership role within the Service Delivery Team. The goal is to ensure fair, timely and effective resolution of administration-related complaints in line with regulatory requirements.About This Role
  • Manage and lead the Member Resolution team to meet internal and external performance metrics.
  • Evaluate and align complaint handling with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance member service excellence.
  • Drive innovation and process improvement across the function.

  • Extensive experience in complex complaint management within a leadership position.
  • Strong technical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills fostering cooperation and teamwork.
  • Proven organisational skills with ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
