Client Relationship Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships from the finalisation of the sale to the commencement of contract. This role involves effective communication with clients, sales teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely manner.
- Coordinate multiple priorities and plan time effectively to meet project deadlines.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Primary point of contact between the team and the sales department.
- Managing client expectations and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Post-Secondary qualification in Customer Engagement or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office and other productivity tools.
