Our mission is to provide an exceptional culinary experience, offering a bustling spot where shoppers can enjoy excellent coffee and meals. We're now seeking an experienced Chef to join our team.
About the RoleWe're looking for a skilled Chef to create and modify our menu based on food trends, costs, and seasonal availability. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent culinary and restaurant management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing menu changes to meet customer demands and food trends;
- Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes to our customers;
- Overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, efficiency, and quality;
- Training and supervising kitchen staff to maintain high standards;
- Managing inventory, ordering, and purchasing of ingredients to minimize waste and ensure freshness;
We're looking for a creative and organized individual with excellent time management and interpersonal skills. As a Chef at Vine & Grind, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional dining experiences.
Job type: Permanent/full-time
Salary: $73,000 - $83,000
