Our mission is to provide an exceptional culinary experience, offering a bustling spot where shoppers can enjoy excellent coffee and meals. We're now seeking an experienced Chef to join our team.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Chef to lead our kitchen operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and refining our menu based on food trends, costs, and seasonal availability;
  • Preparing and delivering dishes from our selected menu;
  • Overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, efficiency, and quality;
  • Maintaining high-quality food production and presentation;
  • Supervising kitchen staff, training new employees, and ensuring compliance with health and safety codes;
  • Managing kitchen equipment, utensils, and inventory, recommending repairs or replacements as needed;
About You

We're seeking a Chef with:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent culinary skills and ability to produce a high-quality dining experience;
  • Strong time management, scheduling, and organisational skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure;

Job type: Permanent/full-time

Salary: $73,000 - $83,000
