Job Opportunity: Administrative Support

The Administration Officer will provide exceptional customer service to the community and reliable administrative support to ensure effective business processes.

This position may be deployed across various units to ensure seamless operations.

  • Provide administrative support to staff, including word processing, desktop publishing, data input, etc.
  • Handle and resolve customer service enquiries and complaints on a range of services.
  • Compile data, prepare and distribute reports to meet statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of systems, registers, and databases.
  • Provide administrative support to meetings, including agendas, notices, and minutes.

About You

Certificate III Business Administration or other equivalent qualifications are required. Advanced competence in Microsoft Office Software is also essential.

Requirements

A Class C Drivers Licence and previous experience using administrative systems are desirable.

What We Offer

A casual position with an hourly rate from $42.99 to $46.39 per hour, plus 11.5% superannuation. Training Courses and Professional Development opportunities are available.
