As a leader, you will spearhead the transformation of corporate services, strengthening communities through cultural connection, systemic reform, and holistic wellbeing.

With a strong focus on people and strategy, you will influence positive change on the ground, across the boardroom, and within the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the transformation of corporate services, including finance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and high-level reporting
  • Build a positive, collaborative workplace culture and lead through change
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that support our long-term goals
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive operational excellence and ensure corporate compliance
What to Expect

You will be welcomed into a close-knit executive team navigating exciting change. With support from the CEO, HR, and acting Executive Manager, you will receive a structured handover and gain valuable insights into internal systems, culture, and strategy.

Remuneration Package
  • Salary starting from $150,000 (negotiable)
  • Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a.
  • Subsidised accommodation in Tennant Creek
  • Up to $5,000 relocation plus $5,000 repatriation support
  • Remote retention allowance of $750
  • 6 weeks annual leave
  • Study leave available
  • Free GP and dental services (lab work excluded)
  • Vehicle allowance
