Licensing Specialist Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Licensing Specialist to join our team

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent commercial acumen and the ability to structure licensing deals effectively.

  • Job Description:
  • Able to understand customer requirements and determine the optimal Microsoft licensing model.
  • Develop value-add services to customers and internally, including licensing costs and providing insights on additional functionality that can be leveraged without additional cost.
  • Work closely with account managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Generate reports to track license usage, identify trends, and demonstrate the value of licensing optimisation efforts to our customers.
  • Provide internal training to stakeholders within the client organisation regarding Microsoft licensing best practices and key terms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Microsoft licensing across CSP, EA, MCA, and Open Value models.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions (M365, Azure, D365, Power Platform).
  • Ability to prepare quality written correspondence and documentation.
