Senior Consultant – Auto, Tech & Integrated

Drive culture-led campaigns and high-performance storytelling for some of the world's biggest automotive and technology brands.

We're looking for a sharp-thinking, earned-first Senior Consultant (Senior Account Director level) with proven experience in the automotive and global brand space to join our integrated team in Sydney. You'll lead some of our most exciting global and local clients in the automotive and tech sectors, coordinating end-to-end campaign delivery, from proactive storytelling and media to creative content, partnerships and best-in-class activations.

This is a brilliant opportunity to shape standout work in a fast-paced category, mentor a high-performing team, and deliver work that drives results and cultural impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead the biggest launches: Be at the forefront of the most exciting high-tech vehicle releases in Australia, overseeing integrated activity across PR, content, social and partnerships.
• Run the show: Own day-to-day client relationships, lead integrated programs, and deliver polished, earned-first campaigns – across media, content, creators and activations.
• Create impact: Coordinate flawless activations and partnerships, with a knack for pulling together the right collaborators and specialists to bring big ideas to life.
• Be the expert: Keep a pulse on the ever-evolving automotive and tech sectors – and bring proactive thinking to the table to help our clients lead the conversation.
• Inspire your team: Manage and mentor a tight-knit team, setting high standards while creating space for creative thinking and development.
• Collaborate & connect: Work hand-in-hand with Thrive's strategy, social, studio, and creator teams to deliver integrated work that moves the needle.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years' experience in PR/comms or Integrated environments ideally with deep automotive and tech category expertise
• Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and leading client relationships
• Solid understanding of the creator and content space, with the ability to work across paid, owned and earned
• A strong earned-first mindset, with excellent media contacts and a knack for telling stories that land
• Confidence presenting to clients and leading cross-functional teams
• Experience mentoring small teams and bringing out the best in others
• A cool head under pressure, and the ability to juggle multiple fast-moving priorities with ease
