Job Description

As a seasoned operations professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering collaboration across our clinics.

You will be responsible for leading by example, mentoring practice managers, and providing guidance on best practices to ensure seamless service delivery.

With your expertise, you will facilitate clinic accreditation, streamline processes, and elevate the service experience for clients.

A key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with other managers to resolve operational matters and drive business goals forward.

This full-time position offers approximately 38 hours per week, including some flexibility, allowing you to balance work and personal life effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least three years of experience in practice management within the medical industry.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
