Business Centre Director

This is a senior leadership position overseeing the daily operations of a large shopping centre. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in centre management, strong commercial acumen, and inspirational leadership skills.
- Strategic direction: Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with owner objectives.
- Team empowerment: Lead and inspire a team of 7, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Financial performance: Drive income growth and optimise expenditure to deliver on NOI targets.
- Retailer and community engagement: Build strong relationships with retailers, local stakeholders, and community groups.
- Operational excellence: Oversee all aspects of centre operations, compliance, and risk management to ensure a safe and seamless experience.
The successful candidate will be an experienced leader who can drive results and build a high-performing team. They will have excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
A QLD Real Estate Certificate and a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion are also required.
