We're seeking a skilled Financial Advisor to join our Westfield West Lakes branch, working across 9am – 4.15pm Monday to Thursday and 9am – 5.15pm Friday.

In this part-time role, you'll engage with customers to understand their financial needs, providing tailored advice and solutions to help them achieve their goals.

You'll be responsible for managing transactional and savings accounts, processing financial transactions, and connecting customers with other specialists when required.

As a Financial Advisor, you'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless and stress-free banking experience, empowering customers to make informed decisions about their finances.

About Your Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent customer service and sales skills, ideally gained in a customer-facing environment.

Numerical skills are also essential, including proficiency in handling cash and accuracy when completing financial transactions.
