We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team in Surfers Paradise.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong analytical skills, and takes pride in delivering accurate results. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily reconciliations, providing support across payroll and accounts payable, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile daily revenue and sales transactions
  • Complete daily bank reconciliations and resolve variances
  • Maintain and analyze financial data using Excel
  • Perform month-end revenue reconciliations
  • Liaise with internal departments on revenue discrepancies or queries
  • Act as backup payroll processor and Accounts Payable processor when required
About You:
  • You have a solid background in bookkeeping or accounting
  • You are comfortable with repetitive tasks and process-driven work
  • You possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • You have confident Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and SUMIF formulas
  • You have experience with payroll processing or willingness to learn
  • You can work independently and within a small team environment
