Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a great guest experience every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage the day-to-day tasks of the store efficiently
- Develop and implement business growth strategies and plans to drive sales and improve customer experience
- Monitor stock levels and product wastage, and manage deliveries effectively to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Ensure health and safety standards are upheld in the store through diligent monitoring and enforcement
- Lead and manage a high-performing team environment by fostering open communication, trust, and respect among all team members
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in Retail or Hospitality with a proven track record of success
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to change while maintaining a positive attitude and work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organisational skills and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
