Store Operations Manager

As a Retail Leader, you'll have a significant impact on the daily operations of our business. You'll work in various settings, from distribution centres to stores and on the road, making a difference in the lives of our customers and team members.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for overseeing the store during evening and night trade, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This will involve taking pride in maintaining exceptional presentation, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, team members, and local community.
About You and Your Skills:
- Previous experience working in fast-paced environments
- Direct leadership experience, including leading, coaching, and developing teams to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
- Able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver with pride, while keeping things simple and meeting Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction, continually seeking to better understand our diverse customers
- Strong communicator, able to drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
