Job Title: Senior Leader in Structured Finance

The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team in Sydney, overseeing the rating of complex transactions and providing strategic guidance to ensure seamless execution.

Fitch Ratings plays a pivotal role in global capital markets by delivering comprehensive credit analysis, ratings, research, and commentary to financial market participants.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for leading-edge structured finance transactions, including those involving new asset classes and issuers.
  • Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and support to team members throughout the execution of new transactions and ongoing surveillance.
  • Optimize team workflow to guarantee continuous review and evaluation of all structured finance transactions and covered bond programmes within a 12-month cycle.

Key Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of securitisation markets.
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in structured finance, preferably in a senior credit or analytical role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas: credit analysis and proposal memo preparation, structuring advice and deal execution, legal review of transaction documents, cash flow modelling of securitisation transactions.
