Rating Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director to lead the rating of complex transactions in structured finance markets.

This senior role offers leadership and expertise in a collaborative environment, significant development opportunities, and ongoing growth and learning.

You will cover all asset classes with exposure to issuers in the region. This position requires a deep understanding of securitisation markets, minimum 7+ years' experience in structured finance and strong communication skills.

  • Lead the rating of new transactions by leveraging your deep understanding of structured finance.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to the team throughout transaction execution and ongoing surveillance.
  • Manage the team's workflow to ensure all structured finance transactions are reviewed on a continuous schedule.
  • Prepare high-quality analytical documentation and present findings in committee meetings.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of securitisation markets.
  • Minimum 7+ years' structured finance experience ideally in a credit or analytical role.
  • Demonstrated experience in credit analysis, structuring advice, legal review, cash flow modelling, and report writing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
