
Laboratory Coordinator Teaching Professional

As a Teaching and Research Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality practical classes in Biology.
Our team is responsible for designing and implementing innovative laboratory experiences that inspire undergraduate students' curiosity and interest in the Biological Sciences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with academic staff to design and develop new experiments and activities for biology practical courses.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of Laboratory Technicians, providing training and support to ensure high-quality laboratory experiences.
- Laboratory Operations: Manage laboratory resources, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient learning environment.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for first-year biology subjects, including communication management and Learning Management System updates.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic and experienced laboratory professional with a passion for inspiring students.
- Ability to deliver high-quality practical classes in the Biological Sciences.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain constructive working relationships across diverse groups.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex biological and technical problems efficiently.
- Good technical writing skills and the ability to provide administrative support.
