The Project Manager is a key figure in delivering expert project management consulting services, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

\
  • Manage project delivery phases: pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-construction to meet quality standards and profitability targets.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives and deliver value-for-money solutions.
  • Provide expert contract coordination across traditional and non-traditional systems, ensuring compliance with project scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project performance, generate exception reports, and conduct audits as needed to maintain project quality and efficiency.
  • Support senior leadership in determining service fees and client billing approvals, upholding quality assurance procedures and contributing to continuous improvement.
