Early Childhood Education Director

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our Beaudesert - Brisbane Street centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing our teachers and educators, while building strong relationships with children, families, and communities.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Centre Director who can deliver our bespoke learning program, build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, and work with our team to plan for the future of the centre. You will be responsible for maintaining a revenue-generating business and ensuring the centre is a nurturing environment for children from six weeks to five years.
About Goodstart Beaudesert Brisbane StreetOur centre is a vibrant and diverse community with 65 places, offering a range of programs and services to support the needs of our children and families. We are committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care, and we are seeking a Centre Director who shares our vision and values.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards), experience in leading and managing change within education, health or community services, and experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage. You will also need proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
