Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Beaudesert Eaglesfield Street. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures that promote the safety and well-being of children.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check.
