About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator and Centre Cook to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our children, while also providing high-quality educational programs and meals that cater to their diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare meals that meet the dietary requirements and allergies of our children
  • Plan and order food supplies in consultation with the Centre Director
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Work collaboratively with our Educational team to deliver high-quality educational programs

Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or experience cooking in a childcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card
