Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team in our Parramatta store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and embody the Sephora DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
  • Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions and work closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
  • Facilitate open communication with your team and provide effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
  • Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
