Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all aspects related to the service, installation, repair, or maintenance of the company's products and any additional products designated for service or repair.
  • Conduct inspections and repairs on equipment, including testing and documentation.
  • Provide technical services of varying complexity, ensuring adherence to specifications set by represented companies and clients, while completing tasks within scheduled timelines and to the required quality standards.
  • Disassemble faulty components and tools, repairing or replacing defective parts as necessary.
  • Fit and assemble parts, tools, or sub-assemblies with precision.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant Trade qualification - Cert III in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Completion of HSC or equivalent is preferred.
  • Practical experience in similar products and a solid understanding of mechanical principles.
  • A forklift license is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Prior experience with overhead cranes is preferred, but not essential.
