Lead AI Transformation

We're at the forefront of an exciting transformation journey, harnessing Artificial Intelligence to drive operational efficiency, unlock new revenue streams and create a digital experience for our front and back-office operations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization by developing and executing our AI strategic roadmap. You'll be responsible for governance processes that ensure the responsible and ethical implementation of AI technology across our business units.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, prioritizing and managing high-value AI use cases to drive business impact.
  • Oversight of cross-functional teams in designing and delivering AI solutions.
  • Collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders and end-users to champion change management and foster a culture that embraces AI adoption.
  • Designing and implementing training programs to enhance AI literacy across our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software development practices, CI/CD tooling, AI concepts, tools and data governance principles. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.
