About the Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven individual to join our Demand Planning team. This role will focus on building and maintaining accurate demand plans for Bike categories, determining purchase requirements and collaborating with suppliers to ensure optimal supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand plans for Bike categories, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving commercial outcomes.
  • Determine purchase requirements for Bike categories, submitting orders by production deadlines and minimizing stock-outs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to optimize supply chain execution, improve forecast accuracy and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive strong commercial outcomes, maximize sales and manage inventory levels based on quantity and quality measures.
  • Provide transparent reporting and analysis to the planning team, identifying areas for improvement and process optimization.
