About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart West Kempsey. As a Senior Educator, you will take charge of your own room, leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and a current NSW Working with Children Check.

  • You will receive a competitive salary of $33.71 to $37.03 per hour, which is at least 5% above the award rate.
