**Job Title:** Duty Manager At Lone Pine Tavern
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring staff while driving and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced venue.
- Availability for days, nights, and weekends.
- Current RSA/RCG/ARCG certification is mandatory.
- Experience with IdealPos and Deputy is advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to use initiative.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, creating a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Quick-thinking, adaptable, and capable of problem-solving on the run.
- Highly organized, maintaining consistency in service quality.
