Role Description\

TimeEdit is on a mission to simplify academic operations for higher education institutions. Our platform provides a comprehensive suite of tools to streamline scheduling, curriculum design, workload planning, and student registration.

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our customer success team in ANZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they receive maximum value from our platform.

As an Implementation Consultant, your primary focus will be on advising and guiding our customers during the onboarding project. You will conduct workflow conversations to advise optimal structure and workflow for each customer, and be responsible for the technical set-up and configuration of TimeEdit throughout the customer onboarding.

\

Additionally, you will train and educate customers on how to effectively utilize TimeEdit to achieve their goals, surface implementation and onboarding blockers and trends to improve overall set-up and onboarding experience, and serve as a trusted advisor representing the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities\
  • Advising and guiding customers during the onboarding project
