We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our vibrant community of Recreation Team members.

This role will see you act as the first point of contact for our customers, meeting and greeting them, responding to enquiries via email, phone calls and face to face, and performing general administration tasks. You will ensure all enquiries, bookings and issues are managed accurately and support other departments when required.

This is an excellent opportunity to build strong customer experiences and lasting relationships with our members and guests.
