Job Summary

The ideal candidate will oversee all facets of international payroll operations, ensuring employees across multiple jurisdictions are compensated accurately and on time. This includes maintaining strict compliance with local, national, and international regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve monthly, fortnightly, and ad-hoc pay runs to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Own monthly payroll reporting, journal preparation, and payroll balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Lead the payroll compliance team and provide oversight to payroll operations conducted by a third-party provider in Manila.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to continually improve and enhance payroll processes.
  • Ensure a managed service provider meets all SLAs and contractual/compliance obligations.
  • Oversee the transition of Asian countries to a global payroll solution.

About the Role:
  • Extensive experience as a Payroll Manager in large, complex organisations operating across multiple geographies is required.
  • Familiarity with Workday, ADP GlobalView, and/or Ramco Payce Global Payroll is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage change are necessary for success in this role.
