Landmark Project Coordinator

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the successful completion of a large-scale religious development project. This entails ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction through effective management and coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception to final handover
- Lead and coordinate consultants, subcontractors and site teams
- Guarantee timely delivery, adherence to budget and exacting quality standards
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, environmental standards and other applicable laws across all project activities
- Nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in a sensitive project environment
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in the commercial, community or institutional sectors
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building or a related field
- Ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic and sensitive environments
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial acumen
