Facility Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to contribute to the cleanliness and overall maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they meet hygiene standards.
  • Empty and dispose of trash receptacles.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
  • Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve cleanliness goals.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this position.
  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential.
  • Successful completion of a medical examination.
  • Successful completion of a police clearance.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
  • Physical ability to perform the required tasks, including lifting and bending.
