Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our hotel.

Your primary responsibility will be to perform routine repair work and maintenance tasks in and around the hotel. This will include anticipating and attending to guests' needs and desires immediately, offering a warm and friendly salutation to hotel guests, and performing all work functions as directed by the Maintenance Manager or their designated replacement.

You will also work collaboratively with other members of the maintenance team, taking charge and showing initiative in all aspects of Engineering Department and Hotel operations. Your tasks will include logging all defects and work carried out, rendering assistance to other departments, and communicating with the Maintenance Manager regarding urgent and/or dangerous facility matters.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring the protection and maintenance of all operating equipment, completing assigned opening and closing duties, and attending all scheduled meetings.
