Join us as a key member of our Sydney Environmental Impact Assessment team. We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead the delivery of timely, high-quality environmental impact assessments.

  1. Lead the delivery of environmental impact assessments, constraints analyses, strategic assessments and environmental management plans
  2. Assist in the organisation of resources, budgets and timelines for the project management
  3. Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and within budget delivery
About the Role

As a Principal Environmental Planner, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of environmental planning and approvals. You will possess superior project management and delivery skills, including time management and organisational skills.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and maintain environmental policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members on technical matters related to environmental assessment and approval

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree (with post graduate qualifications preferred) in an appropriate discipline such as environmental science or planning
  • Proven ability to lead the growth and development of teams and individuals
  • Demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills
