Join Our Environmental & Contaminated Land Team - Sydney We're on the lookout for a Project or Senior Environmental Consultant to join our high-performing Sydney team.
If you've got 3-7 years' experience and want to step up into a more diverse, hands-on, and respected role - this is it.What You'll Be DoingConducting and managing fieldwork programs (soil, groundwater, surface water, vapour)Delivering and contributing to PSIs, DSIs, RAPs, and compliance monitoringManaging and interpreting environmental dataPreparing technical reports and supporting project deliveryAssisting with proposals, costings and client communicationsWorking with subcontractors, regulators, and internal teamsCollaborating with our EPA-accredited Site Auditor and technical leadsWhat You'll NeedDegree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology or similar3-7 years of consulting experience, ideally in contaminated landUnderstanding of NSW environmental legislation, NEPM and related guidelinesStrong written, analytical and interpersonal skillsComfortable in the field and confident in the officeA proactive, collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and lead What's in It for You Flexible work-from-home and schedule optionsCompetitive salary + performance-based perksCareer development and structured mentorshipAccess to major, technically challenging projectsA supportive, ego-free culture with regular social eventsWork alongside respected leaders in contaminated land and approvals Apply now: Follow us: LinkedIn View our work: Let's build the next generation of environmental leaders - starting with you.
