Our company has grown and expanded into a brand new clinic in Kew, Melbourne. We have a large team of clinical specialists across multiple disciplines for you to collaborate with and learn from.

Our team vibe is supportive, with a focus on making our therapists feel supported. We collaborate and build relationships with colleagues in a multidisciplinary working environment.

Our quarterly team events include axe throwing, winery days, escape rooms, and regular dinners and drinks with the team.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Working with NDIS and private clients
  • Clients from ages 3-65 with various intellectual and physical disabilities
  • Functional capacity assessments, skill development, equipment prescriptions, home modifications, housing assessments, and more
  • Client referrals tailored to your interest area - see clients within 20 minutes from your home location
  • Work from our Kew clinic and visit clients at homes or schools in the local community
  • 25 billable hours per week (based on experience)

Support includes:

  • Weekly 1:1 supervision by your team leader
  • Group supervision every 3 weeks
  • Team leaders attend joint visits with clients if needed
  • 4-week formal induction program

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
  • AHPRA registration
  • Drivers license and vehicle
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
