Occupational Therapist Team Leader

Operating from two clinics in Burwood and Box Hill, and with a third clinic soon to be established, they boast a distinguished multidisciplinary team featuring speech pathologists, occupational therapists, music therapists, dieticians and psychologists.
They are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead their growing OT team with experience working with paediatric clients in private practice.
You will balance a reduced clinical caseload with management responsibilities including supervision and clinical education to new graduates and junior OT's as well as assisting in the growth of the OT team.

Salary of $100 K - $120 K + superannuation Annual PD allowance of $3000 Receive excellent support and opportunities for study leave to develop your skills including a variety of leadership courses Multidisciplinary meetings and opportunities to discuss complex cases and learn Collaboration opportunities among the multidisciplinary team of other Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Music and Art Therapists Travel to clients is not required - work entirely from the clinic if desired Your day to day: Paediatric caseload primarily working with ages 2-18 with clients tailored to you preferred area of interest Manageable client-related responsibilities with the remainder allocated for administrative duties and continued learning Clinic-based role located in Burwood with opportunities for school contracts and home visits if desired Reduced clinical caseload based on your leadership responsibilities The Team Vibe: Work among a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists from a modern clinic space in Burwood.
This team has a focus on learning and growth with regular team meetings and opportunity for collaboration.

Requirements/Skills
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience Experience working with NDIS funded paediatric clients AHPRA registration Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Interested in this position?
