This growing mobile Occupational Therapy provider is seeking skilled Occupational Therapists to join them in providing therapy services to Adult NDIS and TAC clients primarily across Melbourne's Eastern and Northern suburbs.

Mobile role visiting clients at their homes Visit clients in a 20-30 minute radius from your location WFH two days per week and see clients 3 days per week Adult NDIS & TAC caseload as well as private clients predominantly consisting of physical disabilities Client visits consist of functional capacity assessments, SDA/SIL assessments, home modifications, equipment prescriptions, assistive technology and more Work from home to complete your report writing Ensure you will be supported: Work within a team of multiple Occupations Therapists with more than 20+ years experience Onboarding process includes a shadowing period to ensure you step comfortably into the role Formal training and weekly/fortnightly supervision provided based on your needs Regular ad hoc catch ups as needed and daily communication with other therapists on the team The Benefits: Competitive salary from $80 K - $110 K + super based on experience Company car may be provided Comprehensive on boarding program with strong support Annual PD allowance and the opportunity for study leave Flexibility in your working hours and days to fit your lifestyle Work from home flexibility as needed Regular supervision to be provided as needed based on your experience level Achievable and realistic billable targets tailored to each therapist Have your caseload tailored to your interests and area of speciality Team Culture: Work within a team of experienced Occupational Therapists each with more than 15+ years experience in their respective areas.

Requirements:
