We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Queensland. With a strong understanding of project activities and critical path, you will identify key construction methodologies and collaborate with project staff, design, and subcontractors to develop an agreed plan to avoid project delays.
You will be a self-motivated, well-organized, and committed individual with a strong focus on safety, health, and environmental best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage engineering disciplines and subcontractors on projects ranging from $20M to $50M
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion
- Collaborate with project staff, design, and subcontractors to identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and best practices
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, including structures and building experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven commercial experience, including planning and budgeting
- Demonstrated understanding of safety, health, and environmental best practices
