Job Title: Club Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Club Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our members.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, including staff management, sales and revenue growth, customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management:
    • Recruit, lead, manage, train, and develop staff members, including Assistant Managers, Front Desk employees, and other support teams.
    • Provide guidance and coaching to staff to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase membership sales and revenue.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure that all customers receive an exceptional experience at the club.
    • Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Ambiance and Maintenance:
    • Maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere at the club.
    • Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
Requirements:
  • Leadership and Management: Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, members, and external partners.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
