An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative and motivated individual with experience in sports facility management or similar to take this growing club to the next level.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of clubhouse and catering servicesLead, mentor and manage staff across administration, hospitality and eventsDrive membership growth through targeted campaigns and retention strategiesCultivate sponsorship opportunities and maintain strong partner relationshipsLiaise closely with ground staff and Committee on course conditions and event planningManage inventory and supplier negotiationsOversee budgeting, financial controls and reportingCoordinate club events, competitions and community engagement initiativesSkills and ExperienceHands-on leadership style without outstanding interpersonal and communication skillsProven leadership in a hospitality, sports or club management settingStrong track record in membership growth and sponsorship acquisitionWorking understanding of MYOB, MiClub and SwiftPOS (or similar systems)Excellent financial acumen and budget management skillsOutstanding communication and stakeholder relationship abilitiesA strategic mindset and the abilities with Boards and CommitteesCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesAccess to professional development and industry eventsOpportunity to shape the future of a growing regional/city fringe golf clubUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
