Key Responsibilities

The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving strategic retail evolution, working at the heart of projects that shape how we operate, grow, and deliver for customers.

As a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, you'll translate business needs into clear, actionable insights. You'll map out current and future state processes, assess change impacts, and ensure each solution aligns with our goals.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for various projects
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit detailed information regarding project objectives and deliverables
  • Identify common issues as problems and deliver solutions that will address root cause
  • Document requirements, test cases and user documents
  • Support project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and strategies
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Technology, Finance, or a related field

Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)

Experience: Exposure to enterprise retail systems (e.g. Ecommerce, POS, ERP)
